Context
Organizations keep their data in different systems and rely on manual reports to see their indicators. This project started with a healthcare institution whose epidemiology, inpatient and surgery areas needed up-to-date indicators in the same portal.
Challenge
Connect each client’s data, show its indicators with filters (by date, area, product or type of care, depending on the case) and make sure each client only sees its own dashboards.
Solution
Apache Superset dashboards embedded in a web portal. For healthcare: epidemiology (chronic diseases, SIVIGILA surveillance, high-cost conditions and trauma), bed occupancy and surgical management. For a water meter company: sales, new customers and accounts receivable. Each dashboard has an "Ask AI" button for plain-language questions, plus download and share options.
Outcome
The dashboards are in use in healthcare and sales. The screenshots are from healthcare; sales screenshots are not shown because they contain client data. The same setup can be built on data from any sector.
